RECIPE: HOMEMADE TAPENADE



Ingredients
  • 225g/8oz Black Olives, coarsely chopped
  • 50g/2oz Capers, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
  • 1 teasp fresh Lemon Juice
  • 120ml/4fl.oz. Olive Oil
  • 50g/2oz Anchovy Fillets with their oil
  • Black Pepper
Preparation:

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to a smooth paste.

Used as a topping for toast and serve as an appetiser or as an ingredient in recipes or as a condiment.
